Real Estate Salesperson Course
We are the only agency in the Wellington region that has its own in-house trainer and assessor of the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4). This is a prerequisite of applying for your real estate licence via the Real Estate Authority (REA).
The course can take 2-6 months to complete so you are able to complete while still in your current employment or you can jump straight in and complete the course in-house while learning about the industry and working as a part time prospector. The course is completed online, with a face-to-face assessment at the end. You will cover technical as well as legal aspects of real estate sales.
Prospecting
Prospecting is the process of identifying potential clients, finding them, and creating a base of leads with the goal of further communicating and converting them into actual clients that you complete a business transaction. In our industry this is finding a client/vendor (home owner) who wants you to market and sell their home or investment property.
Prospecting is an essential part of the everyday life of a salesperson. It is an absolute fundamental of becoming successful in the industry. We will teach you how to prospect successfully, helping you to lead generate to increase your database of contacts.

Buddyship Programme
Is where we buddy you up with an experienced salesperson for at least the first 6 months. This relationship will help you grow your business as the mentor demonstrates ‘best practice real estate’.
In the buddyship programme you will gain proficiency in keys skills including:
1. Prospecting
2. Service area knowledge as well as ongoing real estate knowledge
3. Appraisal
4. Looking after buyers
5. The ideal week

Real Estate Salesperson
After 6 months of working with your buddy you are now a fully qualified real estate salesperson and can prepare Sale and Purchase Agreements and advise clients about their legal rights and obligations

Mentoring
There are opportunities for existing and experienced real estate salespeople who are interested in mentoring a new salesperson. We pay you a percentage of the new salesperson's business to help mentor them. Mentoring is very rewarding and lifelong relationships are built.
Keys skills required are:
1. Negotiator
2. Highly relational
3. CRM database management
4. Successful – a proven track record
5. Paperwork – disciplined in vendor reporting and proficient in our CRM programme
